Need feedback on UCSF
Since my son was diagnosed last April we have been going to Oakland children's hospital and have been very happy. I work closely with the diabetes educators and call in with my sons BG readings regularly. We recently switched insurance and Oakland is no longer covered. We have sent appeals and they have also been denied. We are being referred to UCSF due to Madera children's being full. Can anyone share their experience with UCSF or an endo team they are happy with in California. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
