So I bought some Walgreens brand Ketone test strips....hoping that's okay. They were $6 less. Let me know if this was a bad choice...please! Naomi is really sick and we've gone through all of our Bayer strips really fast. Diabetes is expensive even with insurance! Thanks for any feedback!

I would assume they are fine - I mean they all have to pass the same standards to be approved right? I'm not an expert but if it makes you feel better, I would have done the same thing. : )
I've used them on my daughter and they work fine. They are no different than the Bayer brand, they just cost less money. I also use the glucose tablets and shots from Walgreens and we haven't had a problem.

Thanks you guys!  We are now three days into antibiotics and keytone free! The generic ones are a much better deal!
