So Ive been pretty much raw juicing and I was feeling empty so I was wondering what I could eat and yeah I know juicing is keeping out the fiber but I read about beans and how they were great for you became they level out your sugar and all that so I was wondering do you do beans???

Eat the beans cooked . Most beans can not be digested raw and many raw bean have a toxin in them thatmust be cookedto break down the toxins. Also juicing is great but thats not the only way to enjoy raw foods . Go to the book store and look at the books on raw diet or Amazon books . Once you discover all you can do with raw you'll won't be hungry.
Also try adding a splash of olive oil ,which is also good for you and you will feel more sattified.

lol sorry to mislead, I ate the beans from the can- they were already cooked. What I found out when it came to beans as someone told me is that canned beans are full of starch (that gooey stuff it sits in while in the can) but the dried beans are the ones that are more protein based and better for you.

In terms of juicing its the way I chose to start raw it helps me get my nutrients in faster but I have progressed from juicing to blending. now that I blend everything I get my juice and fiber and Im sure my digestive tract thanks me for it! :)

I just made a REALLY good raw hummus with sprouted lentils. 1 cup lentil, few tablespoons of lemon, clove of garlic, cumin, a little olive oil. It was very satisfying. Have that with a raw flax cracker. HEAVEN. You could use sprouted chic peas too.

I love hummus. Thanks for the recipe.

Sprouting beans also takes away the enzyme inhibitors so that they are digestible, if you don't want to cook them. And I agree, raw hummus is great! I made some recently with sprouted garbonzos and sprouted sunflower seeds because a lot of recipes call for tahini and I didn't have any. The sunflower seeds made up for that part. It was very good.
