Which raw foods are most fiiling to replace carbs & keep hunger at bay 'til you adjust?

With sudden carb drop comes immense hunger...how do you cope with that and what can you add to endless salads to keep the interest up?

I'm not 100% raw, but I like to have an apple, walnut, celery salad which I find very filling. It's 2.5 units of insulin, with no spike. I use cinnamon & unsweetened almond milk instead of dressing. Also, spiralized zucchini with pesto sauce is very satisfying.

any thing with more fiber and ruffage should help fill you up longer...like apples, spinach, lettuce...salads, sweet potatoes...but some people don't like them raw. I think they taste great if you slice them like a chip and eat them raw like carrot chips. I alos find carrot sticks and carrot chips vvery filling.
