Here's what I take:
• VITAMIN “E” (Softgel) 200 IU One tab a day
• OMEGA 3 FISH OIL 1000 MG One caplet a day
• “Glycosamine Complex” 500 MG One caplet a day
• Core Level Health Reserve One tab a day
• “Garlic Soft Gels” 1000 MG One tab a day
Also, I use these Spices on a daily basis:
• Tumeric in food*
*A spice that is anti-inflammatory
• Femmegreek* a 00 capsule once daily
*A spice that helps lower blood sugar

A question for my retired friends with diabetes. What vitamins and supplements do you take to (1) help with your blood sugar control and diabetes management, and (2) keep you healthy and make you feel better.
