We have a type one group (mostly parents of children with type 1) that meets in Stanwood every 1st Friday of the month at Ixtapa Mexican Restaurant in Stanwood. Come and join us.

I'm always around! Well, either at work at WFM Interbay or at home in the U-District. I don't really know anyone, either, so really, I'm ALWAYS around :P

Hi everyone! I'd love to meet some other Seattle Type 1's, maybe get coffee and chat about life. I'm on lantus and novolog pens. Also I have hypothyroidism. I'm very into being active and I work as a personal trainer (so also if you're looking for a trainer who understands diabetes and exercise definitely message me.)Feel free to message me!

I am looking forward to the upgrade to the new Dexcom CGM and I'm anxious to start using it as soon as it arrives later this month. I have a bunch of sensors from the prior version. Is there anyone who could use these? I would seek a reasonable "donation."

If you are interested, please message me.

There will be 12 buildings in the Seattle area lighting blue for World Diabetes Day on November 14th!

Hey all! I'm not a "Seattle Diabetic" yet, but I am planning on moving to Seattle in December. Specifically, I would love advice on endos or GPs (or anything really) as I have to start new once I move. :)

If you still have them I could use them for sure! My mom works in downtown Seattle maybe she can meet you at her lunch oneof the days this week.

You can email me at danischamer@hotmail.com!

I recently started using a different bG meter and now have four boxes of Accu-Chek Aviva strips that I'd be happy to give away to someone who uses them. I live in downtown Seattle. Let me know if you can use them.

Anybody else in the north end / Bothell area. Have yet to meet another T1 in person. Would love to compare notes and ideas.
