Welcome Lois,
You are the first member glad you joined.
Feel free to post anything you feel. If you have questions feel free to ask I may not be able to answer them but I can search for answers and also as people join the group you will get more support and suggestions. I know I do not like to write down what I eat but I have been doing it and it is helping me alot to keep track of what I have and if my blood sugar goes up then I can look back on the different things I eat and then make changes lower carb and so on to help get my blood sugar down. It is not always somthing I want to do but it is helping me some days I forget but thats ok I do it when I remember I thought having a group like this would help me remember to write down what I eat. So glad you joined. If you know anyone who would be intrested feel free to invite them to the group.
Hugs Angela
