Make up a quart or so of herbal tea and sip it all day. My blend: Dandelion for liver health, Chamomile for it's calming properties (I'm a Nervous Nellie at times) as well as for digestion, mint for digestion and because I love mint flavor, green tea de-caf with Kombucha for immune support, plus plain green tea de-caf......Be well, all....

I have been drinking Tea of normal brands(currently Red Rose, Tetley Tea) and occasionally Herbal/Mint/Cozy Chamomile(All Natural) Teas since I was a Teenager. I do think that it has helped me in some ways with my Diabetes.
