Hey Luis,

Hope you are well, I haven't met any bias diabetics but I sure have had a relationship end becasue they couldn't deal with the fact that I was diabetic. It's painful to know end experience ignorance on that level but as cliche as it sounds with if the person is not willing to except and love you then they are not worth the time. I wish you all the luck with finding a partner, lover, fling or the love of your life. Everyone deserves someone.

Love and light,

Gracias Caridad!
Hi. I know this is an old thread, but I'm new.

My former partner was diagnosed with Type 2 before I was diagnosed (though I'm officially type I, I wasn't diagnosed until my 20's and even then it took years for a doc to admit I was type I). In any case, he came home very worried that I would leave him because he was diabetic. It's sad that something like that even has to cross someone's mind. While things didn't work out for us in the long run, his diabetes (and later mine) was never the issue.
a singles forum is a great idea!

Andi, type two living and working in South Florida.... Looking for someone to date and hopefully go long term with. Love sports, love being outdoors. Very outgoing. I have a lot of pros and not too many cons... hahaha give me a shout some time.
I would prefer to join everyone in a Big Party. Something would turn out...

I am Luis, 32, straight, never married, not dating... looking for the right one, maybe. I don't know.

I live in Portugal, type 1 and have a pump.

Let's start talking then.
hey Luis,
LOL the funny thing is just the other day I said to my mom I wish I had a gay friend she says why I said because he would come over and keep my house up and help me decorate and buy clothes that were flattering to me LOL. Would love to be your friend my brother was gay I loved him so much it has taken me 10 years to get over his death. Don't worry love will come and sometimes hte longer you wait the sweeter it is!
oops sorry missed the point female,45, type one juvenile onset, pump, straight hmmm what else oh cancer the crab very true to the astrology description LOL

I think it's a great that way, we're kind of breaking the ice of being strangers toward each other...well, however, not really strangers because we have one thing in common...that is having who says that diabetes can never be sweeter in life?...meeting new friends and maybe possibly love...oh by the way, i'm 31, female, los angeles, ca...and i can be a friend as well...

P.S. I hope you can find your one true love...

mayla :)
Ok, I'm in. Haven't found the right person so far, so here it goes. I'm Alex, 5'6", 37 year old hispanic male, currently living in Las Vegas, NV. I tend to think of myself as an easy person to please because I tend to adapt to almost any situation. I'm usually the calm one in most hectic situations. I'm looking for a woman who enjoys being with an old fashioned romantic. Of course, I would like to start out as friends and see if the relationship evolves from there. I think that a person can never have too many friends so if our relationship only evolves to a friendship, then that would be fine.
As far as answering your question Gabriel, I haven't met any bias diabetis, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were.
