Started using it last week, uploaded most of my previous year's data which I had stored in Access. Their support is incredible, so friendly and helpful (maybe living in Hawaii has that effect on people). The fact that you can add to it by twitter is superb. Very happy with it.

Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for the input and feedback, we'll definitely take it into consideration. Perhaps adding that functionality to the dashboard or soemthing.

Also, if you ever have feedback or questions you can get a faster reply by just shooting it straight over to support: support@sugarstats.com

I'd like to be able to input multiple days at one time, instead of having to navigate to each day; BG and food please.

Marston, thanks so much for the answer. I really use your site and it would be so helpful just to print graph and take to doc or fax to her so she could have a visual as well as myself. Thanks for all your and your collegues work.

Sandra,

Printable graphs and reports are one of our more requested features so we're starting to design this out. We switched out graphing system to Adobe Flash based charting which is has some issues regarding printing. So in 09 we're going to be working on much improved and portable overall reports you can email, print or download.

Does anyone know how you can print off your graphs. I get the numbers but not the grafts.

Thank you! This is a great app. Very intuitive except it took me a minute to get back to my 'Home' after dinking around in the 'Settings' part.
