Hey people!! How have you been? I hope good :) SOrry I've been soooo busy with school! I barely have time to blog but I'm going on vacations this friday!! :D haha I'll have more time to blog :D

I'm moving out of my house so that keeps me busy too...mmhmm..well I guess that some of you also have some hobbies or activities at afternoon that make your blood sugar go crazy!

In my case I go to dancing and acting lessons...but when I do too much exercise my sugar goes very high even though it was low before entering classes. :/ that's why I keep a balanced diet and try to balance my exercise time!

If you have any suggestions on how to keep your Blood sugar on a good level...SHARE IT! :D

By the way thanks to everyone who joined this group! :D

Dear thanks
I would like to share some experience recently i was traveling in Italy ,the days are hectic and busy and the schedule of diet is disturbed and while in important business meeting with client i feel my self uneasy sweating and my legs trembling ,although i had a heavy breakfast double than what i take at home to avoid the low BS in the middle of day if i had not taken lunch.finallyi had totake mango juice which i keep handy in my bag and candled the meeting
returned hotel had complete rest and recovered after two hours still walk and could not walk propely.
How many friends have experienced this type of situation any why it happens when BS is under control like fasting 100 and PP 135 average and HEBRAIC
6.5.
Let me know and i advise to keep mango juice always in your bag while going out of home

Qayoom
I love Mango :D haha
