Bad cartridges

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone else having issues with cartridges not working properly, causing highs?

I recently had several highs, but it appeared to be my inset not the cartridge. Do you test bolus with the inset unattached to see if insuling moving through the line?

I would also contact Tandem, they have been really helpful in talking you through any problems.

I hear this pump requires more detail to priming. any airbubbles can cause that.
