You will LOVE this group! I was the same way a few years ago. I just started exercising, but didn't know how to handle it with my diabetes. This group gave me the motivation I needed and a goal to work towards. I have learned SOO much and met so many amazing people! You learn SO much by just talking with your teammates!

I am on the Cycling team this year! I was on the tri team for the first year, but have been having issues with running so am going to stick to the bike this year! Which ones are you considering??

I am going to attend the webinar tomorrow to decide, but I am considering the Wildfit (as i am a beginner) or the cycling... but will have to buy a nice bike because mine is for a child lol :)

I think either one would be great! No matter what you choose you will definitely learn a lot! I had never done a tri before and it was fun to try something new! And if you do the cycle I will get to meet you in August!

I am also pumped about this group. I'm joining for the same reason. I have tried for a while to have tight control while trying to lose weight at the same time. I think we will learn a lot. I joined wildfire because while I already work out a lot I'm not interested in running or biking competitions at this point. I just would like to learn more and lose weight for a possible future pregnancy. The webinar was great and really helpful and informational! I joined the may-aug group! Good luck and let's be sure to keep in touch!

Hi there Fabiana and gals, I sure hope you all do come to the INFO webinar to at least learn about what Team WILD is and how we work!!! I wanted this group 10 years ago (team WILD that is) when I started exercising and didn't know how to do it with also managing my diabetes.

Please, just come find out how we work and what we do!

The group is amazing! That's why I'm involved. Learning side by side with other women like yourself compares to nothing else I've ever been associated with! Add the fact that we are all in this "D" thing together, it makes for a very non-intimidating atmosphere. This is huge! We are all going to live long happy lives with this darn disease...WILD will give us the tools!
