New A1c 4.9 yipee, that was my long term goal!
that's great! i've always kept my A1C between 4.9 and 5.9.I think it's really important and makes me confident and happy!
Great!

BTW, 4.9 in May also :) , and looking like the same in August!

I was diagnoseda Type 1 in 1958 and got my first pump in 2001. Since getting a pump, I have not had an A1c above 6.1. My last one in Nov of '09 was 5.7. I use a Cozmo pump and now a Navigator.
Good to see other people are below 6. I have been on a roller coaster of A1c since my DDate in 1997 6.3-7.3 usually. Went on the pump in Jan 09 and have been low 6's since. However I went from Walking to running and working out hard about 5 months ago and my last was 5.2. I was shocked and thought maybe they made a mistake.

As for lows, I honestly dont think I have any more lows then when I was riding the brital roller coaster. We'll see when I visit my specialist next month. BTW I am in the best shape of my life, take much less insulan, and lost about 30 lbs since I started working out in October.
5.5 was my last A1C... And it could be lower, next time... working on it. :)
5.5 June 29th down from 6.1 at the beginning of the month. Next A1c will be August 4th and hope to be lower.
My most recent A1C was 5.7, which was on MDI. Today I started on the OmniPod, which hopefully will help me to fine tune and get even lower. That 4.9 is excellent Lloyd, congrats! I hope to be there soon as well.
I've not been online here much, but...

I've had 14 A1c's in a row of 5.4 or better :)

With today's 5.3, 15 in a row :)

5.9 as of today!  Lowest ever for me, and I couldn't be happier!

5.0, 16 in a row 5.4 or less, 18 in a row under 6 :)
