New A1c, 5,3. over 6 years in the low 5's
congrats Lloyd, do you need to start a new club ? <5
Newest A1c is 4.9
My first A1C in Feb 2012 was 11.4. In August 2012 it was 5.4; in Feb. 2013 4.7; In Apr. 2013 5.3.
Type2 diagnosed 11/01. Diagnosed Type 1.5 11/03 ICA+, F106, A1c5.3. Now F135, A1c 5.9. Time to get serious.
5.8 today in the clinic, first time in the 5's since I was pregnant 23 years ago. Far easier with the Dexcom system to help out though.
Yes, dobe, it's worth it since I feel so awful when my BG is either high or low, and forget about getting a good night's sleep. I think that feeling well (most of the time!) is the real reward for being in the 5 Club.
Thanks, Barbara. Good luck tomorrow!
Trudy, that's just great. All the effort and all the testing and all the determination to toe the line... it really is worth it when you get a great result like that, isn't it?
Fantastic Trudy, well done! My endo app't. is tomorrow, we'll see how I did with holidays/cruise.
