I know more now about diabetes than i did before i was diagnosed.

Just a thought -- having diabetes forces you to have an unfortunate lay understanding of medical vocabulary. Whether it was laser surgery or experimental ocular injections - my eye doctor thinks I'm showing signs of 'albinism’. That's a resounding sarcastic 'joy' of the Big D!
