I split myself between the Twitter site and TwitterDeck (when it doesn't crash on me).

Twitteriffic all the way for me, works great with toggling and all my multiple desktops. I keep hearing about the TwitterDeck crashes. I'm sure they'll fix it though.

TweekDesk has never crashed on me (Mac or Windows).

Totally Twitterrific too! Or when I'm at home, my cell.

Forgot to say, I also use Twitterbar. Pretty convenient while browsing on Firefox.

I'm currently bouncing between NatsuLion, Tweetie and just Twitter itself. Of the three, Tweetie is my favorite to use, but least convenient for regular tweeting. I also know some people that are pretty happy using Hahlo wrapped in a Fluid application.

I just switched to TwitterDeck. I like it best because you can create groups for different sets of people. This option allows me to stay more in touch with the folks I want, which is key for when your followers start getting up there.

I just started and I use a Mac. So I have the twitter page and a widget called twidget. I also have twitterific for my iTouch.

I've tried Twhirl and TweetDeck, but I mainly use the mobile version of Twitter with my phone. I recently saved a couple of searches using search.twitter.com. That works nicely with my phone, and I can easily look at what's being said about a specific topic I'm interested in.

I use Twittelator, Tweekdeck, and still trying to decide if I like Tweetlater. I am current researching TweetTree... but not sure I'm ready for that one.

Well I am such a Twitter professional, LOL. I use Tweetdeck sometimes, Mostly I use Tweetlater, because I have it set up to follow when someone follows me, but the best thing is I have set up to give me the digest on certain keywords I have it programmed for.
I had the Twitter toolbar, but I really did not like the search part. I prefer straight up Google search page. the only part of the toolbar I liked was all the Twitter tools.
