Hi Carly!!
Just a thought....your higher numbers AFTER you get off the treadmill MAY be due to a rebound effect. Your liver may be kicking in in anticipation to the upcoming low after the treadmill. I would DEFINITELY eat before getting on.
That might make a difference....let us know!!

Hi, I didn't want to start a new discussion..I just have a question/comment. When i get up int the am my bg is high around 7-8. Before I eat I ave been going on the treadmill for about 15 - 20 minutes. I get off the machine with a even higher BG! What gives! Also, should I just eat breakfast and hope the best.

I found this website about detoxing and diets that are for diabetics. Has anybody tried any of these diets? I am going to loose 30 lbs and hopefully i can get off the insulin.
