Hello Type III members,

Just wanted to let you know (in case that you didn't) about a great initiative Luis Garcia started few days ago on Flickr. We at tudiabetes.com have decided to make of this our contribution to World Diabetes Day, next 14 of November, organized by Unite for Diabetes, part of the United Nation campaign to create diabetes awareness. I specially think this is a great, positive and effective way to let the world know HOW we have been affected by diabetes. We have about 20 great photos, but we need a lot more.

Message from the Group Administrator:
It's very easy to participate. Just write in your hand, a one-word feeling about being touched by diabetes and take a picture of yourself. Once that picture is uploaded to Flickr, you can choose for it to be part of the group (you need to join our group before you do that).

It doesn't matter where you take the picture. It can be in your kitchen, office, garden, who cares? just tell the world how you feel and help spread awareness about Diabetes.

Welcome to our group in Flickr.
