Hey!
I seen Dr Farah Hasan out of Advocate Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn. I have a Paradigm.. she down loads everything when I go into the office. Also she LOVES the CGM (although I don't have one).
Dr Hasan is a great doctor and loves to see everyone every 3 months.. If I have a problem OR a concern will contact me the same day.
Good Luck!
Hi, I see Dr. Aleppo at Northwestern Faculty Foundation. She is amazing! I have been diabetic for 16 years and she still manages to help me find new and imaginative ways to manage my blood sugar. I have an omnipod and dexcom but I know the office has a lot of Paradigm CGM users as that is what I mostly see when there is a training class or some sort of get together. http://host.medicine.northwestern.edu/www-scripts/bio.pl?pid=5436 I have never had a problem with her responding to email or phone calls and she loves to have you email her your downloads from your CGM if you are having issues you dont feel comfortable correcting yourself.
Good luck!
Any doctor at North Shore group or Northwestern.
I'll second Dr. Aleppo. I love her! She sends lab results and emails via MyChart and is responsive. She also logs into my cgms data to review.
