Next meeting of Milwaukee Area Diabetes Support Group is Thurs., 1/8
If you're interested in networking/socializing/learning with other diabetics, please try this new (since fall of 2008) support group being sponsored by MCW/Froedtert. You do NOT have to be a patient with MCW or Froedtert. All are welcome. I'll paste in a link below that gives all the details, but the meeting place is super easy to get to/access (first floor access).
We've had pretty decent attendance thus far, but sure could use some new blood!! I'm just an attendee, not one of the folks who puts it on.

Would love to attend since I am a patient out at Froedtert for a few things. However, I am out of paratransit tickets and cannot get to the site of the meeting. Could you let me know what went on and, possibly pick up some hand-outs or have them send me some? If so, let me know and I'll try to get word to you as to where to contact me.
