TuDiabetes - A Community for People Touched by Diabetes

I received the meeting notice (below) for a pumpers club meeting this Saturday, July 14th in Woburn, Massachusetts. Just north of Boston. The June meeting was great with about 20 people turning up - pumpers with diabetes experience ranging from a few years to many decades. I enjoyed it a great deal, a great place to meet others and swap information.

July's MA Pumpers meeting will be this coming Saturday, July 14th
from 9:30 AM til noon.
We do not have a speaker this month so will have the chance to "chat amongst ourselves".

I hope we have the same great turnout that we had last month! It was wonderful to see so many new faces as well as get together with those friends who are regulars at our meetings.

For those of you who've not come before, we are an informal, friendly, welcoming group and would love to have you join us. Please feel free to bring a support person with you.

RSVPs (to me) are appreciated but never required. Feel free to email me: dgm555@comcast.net with any questions.

Another upcoming meeting next weekend on September 8th.

There is no speaker so this is a chance to meet people and chat. It's also a great opportunity to talk about diabetes and pumps. Across the group there are pumpers with almost all makes of pump. And there are also several CGM devices there.

Last meeting I went to , there were two folks with the Navigator so I managed to learn a little about that CGM device also.

If you're in the area, why not go? You may make a new friend for life.

The New York Type 1 Diabetes Meetup Group

I've been to 3 of this informal group's dinner outings in Manhattan this year. If I lived closer to Manhattan, I'd have gone to more.
