Hi Gus....My husband dontaes lood and platelets all the time and said you should check with your local Red Cross---they tend to be conservative about such things.

Go to the member's page and search variations on finding your neighbors. Try: Spokane; Washington; Spokane, WA. I know you will find plenty!....And take care!.....Judith in Portland

Anyone in Spokane on this site?? I am curious to find some that are on the High Elevational part of the State where the air is thinner and the snow piles up as high as a elephants trunk. lol

i keep a food chart my brother sends me.It lists calories and carbs your blood sugar weight and food values.Could post a sample one if anyone is interested
