Mid Valley Trial Balloon
Attention Mid Valley . . .
Are there any tuD members in the mid valley area who would like to get together for a meet? I'm thinking somewhere between Salem and the Albany/Corvallis area, or thereabouts. If there are enough of us interested to make it worth going forward, I'll volunteer to be the organizer.

Hi Annie,
Well, considering that yours is the first response since I posted this more than 3 months ago, there doesn't exactly seem to be a groundswell of interest. Maybe I need to find a different way to get peoples' attention. Not sure.
In the meantime, I have found the chat room here to be really valuable. It's a terrific stress reducer to be able to discuss diabetes issues (or just to vent) with people who've been there and who get it. I rely on it not only for mental support and as a bank of experience to draw on, but for comic relief as well.
