Hi Annie,

After the exercise seminar (which was way too short on time) I went to the CGM seminar. I'm not sure if you attended that one. It was good. I actually went to Dr Ward, who presented some of the material, about 15 years ago before he stopped seeing patients and went into research. It was good to catch him in the hallway. I enjoyed the cook quite a bit too! Overall, I thought it was well done. They under estimated the carbs on the Turkey sandwich lunch however :) Ken

Doh! I should have gone to that one. I was under the wrong impression about the Networking one and it was worthless :-(. Yes the food was good! Where did you get the nutritional info from? I had to guess.
