Does anyone know of any good endos in New Mexico? I'm not able to go to my other endo in Lubbock anymore

Dr. Karen Box IS a great endo! However, when I used one of her colleagues in Phoenix, I ended up pretty much on my own figuring out pump changes. Just make sure you get Dr. Box if you try her office.

I haven't seen this group before and just noticed Babs' post asking if anyone knew a good Las Vegas doctor. Just in case anyone is still looking, I have a great endo. Maria Nwokike on 6850 N Durango Ste 302 (at the hospital off the beltway in the NW) 750-2438. I am Type 1, and she has been wonderful!

Welcome Johnny! I'm in the Phoenix metro area too! Def. Type 1 here tho - for the past 42 years. Still pretty healthy tho and hoping to keep that going a while longer :-)

Hi folks, new to this site, though it might be a good place to meet people that get what we all go through on a daily basis. I live in the Phoenix az area and I was told I was type 1 but I'm not sure if that's true because I can totally control it with diet, just a little Lantus before bed and I'm good as long as I don't go crazy on carbs..anyways, hope everybody is doing good and staying strong!!;)

karenS you asked about an endo i found out there is one in northern Arizona but he/shes not well known my fiance's pcp just gave him a referral to go see him/her how ever it sounds like it would be quite a drive for you since you asked about the phoenix area but i thought i would let you know there is one in bullhead city its right near Nevada but an endo is better than none

I have only been diagnosed for about four months. I think I have had diabetes for almost two years though.
