Hey Anthony!

I recently started riding again, but I'm only doing really short rides. I've never been a serious rider, but I do like to add in ten or fifteen miles three or four times a week to walking. I have a recumbent bike in the house I do about twenty miles a couple of times a week on, but that's about the size of my routine.

I enjoy bicycling (10 - 20 mile rides) and try to stay (relatively) fit. I'm in Roanoke, VA

Hi Anthony I have a professional associate Tim Powell. He has started or belongs to a cycle club and seems amazingly fit. They would be interested in hearing of you wishing to get together with them. The group is called TEAMTYPE1, and his email is tim .powell@gmail.com.
