Wondering if it is a good idea to put a whey protein shake into my morning rotation of breakfast foods?
ie: Monday egg white omlet, Tuesday whey protein shake, Wednesday strawberries, banana, and milk. etc.

Hi Jeroen,
I'm going to give the whey protein shake a try myself and can let you know. I have a friend who lost 60 lbs on Isagenix and was getting me to try it only I was turned off by the whole pyramid sales tactics. Off chance I mentioned it to my CDE yesterday (who is also a type 1) and she has been using the shake as a morning meal replacement. She said she has alot more energy and just feels all around better. That's all I needed to hear to give it a try. I need more energy and any weight loss would just be an added benefit. :)

Hi Leslie,
I've been having them for a few weeks now. I like mixing it with milk over water, and a friend mine at work suggested adding jello powder(sugar free) for flavor since I bought vanilla.
