This is super easy, one of my FAV!

TUSCAN WHITE BEAN SALAD

 

3 T  Celery

 1 Large Tomato

¼ cup Parsley

1 t dried Basil

1 t  dried oregano

1 T Olive Oil

2 T  Balsamic Vinegar        

1 15 ounce can Cannellini beans drained

Garlic 

¼ c diced Red Onion

 

1.     In a medium bowl whisk the oil and vinegar.

2.     Stir the remaining ingredients.
