I think the referee was very weak in his personality. To imagine this referee in the rougher British league gives me a good laugh. To give that many yellow cards in a match that was not very hostile…Continue

Our Dutch friends/guests were happy to be able to watch in the comfort of our very warm home...his observation ..we watched the 2 top Teams ; one had to become the first top ...Congrats to Spain and congrats to South Africa for being the HOST country .

Holger - tried to watch the match and write a paper, hard to focus on either. I'd say the entire tournament was tremendous, and a boost for soccer everywhere. Um, is there an octopus in Germany that predicts tournament winners...that can't be true?

One of the ugliest matches I had to witness. De Jung should be treated for canine madness and mad cow disease. I think this lack of sportmanship turned against Netherlands at the end. Congratulations to Spain and to Manny for his expertise in football.

I am very proud of my team and happy for Thomas Müller for scoring the adidas Golden Boot. He was born 1989 and played in 2008 for the first time in the German Football League. This is just amazing.

Being from the Netherlands and not really being a watcher of soccer ,I will put something ORANJE on ; it's an apron !
Having friends from Holland over and they asked , if we all can watch tomorrow ...how can we refuse .Anything for them to have an unforgettable Canadian holiday .
The Dutch will triumph !! Hup , Hup , Hoera Right Holger !!...no chopped meat with sauce here..
On the side , we met the guests 4 years ago, while he was giving himself insulin at a restaurant and I spoke to him; invited them over for coffee at our home ...found out he is the nephew of my college classmate , who I had visited at a class reunion just several months prior .

Sorry for you Holger....Spain played like a machine. I've been backing the loosing teams so far. I'm rooting for Spain at the final, hope I don't jinx them.

Oje, Oje Germany. Spain played efficiently so far but in this match they played brilliant football without any doubt. Watch out Netherlands or you will become Frikandels with sauce special.

Agghhh well I think Mexico played better than Argentina (ya, still hurts lol) and deserved to win, that referee killed us, not just 'coz the goal but for many things (the day before the argentinian newspapers congratulated themselves saying that everytime that guy was the referee in their matches they always win...)and even Tevez said it, Mexico was better we just nailed in the right moment...annnywayyy
Deuthscland, Deuthschland...for a great macth vs Argentina!! but then what happened today?? I was hoping they killed Spain! now Netherland has to! lol Hopefully :-D
