I Never Went to Camp
Whatever.
I sometimes kick myself for not going now that I realize the importance of interaction with other T1's. I wonder if I would have had better control in high school, and a better attitude as a young adult.

What in the Wide, Wide World of Sports was Medtronic thinking?
#1. Having to turn off the wireless interface between my Onetouch Ultralink meter and my MM 722 pump. The reason? Because the CGMS interprets every single test performed as a calibration reading. Too many calibrations "confuse" the CGMS, resulting in bad readings. That whole last statement really doesn't pass the smell test with me, but anyway.

Lessons from world diabetes day
Nov the 14th was world diabetes day for those who already do not know and I was not surprised by how much communities and individuals do to commemorate the day. I wish it would have gotten me off work but boss wasn't buying my schtick about it being important to me than thanksgiving and the other holidays.
