How to Watch a Live Event on TuDiabetes

It is not necessary to become a member of TuDiabetes to watch our live events.  Anyone can watch a live event on TuDiabetes without logging into the site, simply by going to the home page (www.tudiabetes.org) at the appointed time.  Those who are members have the added ability to participate in the chatroom and ask questions during these events.

When we have live interviews on TuDiabetes, you will notice the chat room gets moved from the bottom of the home page to near the top, and a large video screen appears just above it.

When Emily (or other moderator) tells us in the chat room to "Refresh" our screens, reload the home page by clicking on "Home" on the top navigation.

Then press the triangle in the center of the video screen to start the video.  Be sure your sound is turned up using the speaker icon in the lower left of the video screen.

If the chat room and/or video do not show up properly for you, try using a different browser.  See the supported browsers from Ning.

Write your questions for the presenter in the chat room and Emily (or other moderator) will add them to the list of questions to ask during the event.

Watch a video demo of this process.
