How to Change your Privacy Settings?

Before you start uploading content on TuDiabetes, it is a good idea to set up your Privacy Settings as you consider appropriate.

You can decide who sees the content of your page (ie. photos, blogs or the profile page itself) to make it as open or as private as you want. Otherwise the standard setting is that the most recent photos, blogs, events and such, members post on their pages will be available for everybody to see, even people who are not members of the community.

For example, the photos you upload will be on the home page until other members post more photos and yours get "rolled" down, while still available on the Photo's page. Some things to keep in mind:
  • Everybody has a different view of the main page according to the privacy settings of the content in it.
  • Any photos you uploaded before changing your privacy settings will maintain the previous settings.
  • If you are signed in you will be able to see your contributions... but other members will or will not, according to your settings.
To change the Privacy setting of your personal page on TuDiabetes, once you are logged in, from any page on the site, please :

Then select the Privacy option and choose your preferred setting:

Hope this helps you modify the privacy of your contributions: we respect your privacy.
