The Canadian Diabetes Association's London branch makes it's home in the extension behind Banting's home. The museum is in the house proper...with the Flame of Hope, and statue of Banting, on the grounds...to the right of the house.

This, of course, is not his birthplace. Banting hailed from Alliston Ontario....and his birthplace is unfortunately in great disrepair.
