dedication - Word in your Hand Quilt
A message on the back of the quilt. It was an absolute joy to work on.
I dedicate this quilt to the memory of Saundra Barragan. It's been over 2 years now that she left this earth, but never, ever to leave my heart.

I was, and remain, deeply honored to have been included in the quilt. It was a labor of love, and I love the fact that it was displayed at the AADE and other places. It is a true work of art, and there are no words to express my thanks! :-)

Seeing the quilt gives me goosebumps. It's beautiful and powerful. I'm finding each of the panels to be very touching and personal. It's clear that TuD is very important for many of us. My membership here has helped me to get it together, keep it together, and realize that there are people out there who do understand and can give good advice. Marie, the quilt is truly wonderful!
