Shepherd's Pie

I had made up a short rib roast in the slow cooker last week - so far - it's provided 2 good meals - and still have meat left over for something else. Now, this isn't a traditional Shepherd's Pie (that's made with lamb) - but this was still good. At only 25 g for carb count - with salad, peas - it's a good D meal! Oh and a glass of red wine was enjoyed as well.
