Hi Alex, thanks for the friend request! Where in Italy are you from? I grew up in the US, but my grandparents came from Lago Maggiore :)

Buonanotte :-)

Hello Alex, thank you for the invite. I have been in love with Italy my whole life, I believe its the Art connection, I'd love to visit Rome and Florence. My whole family has been to differents parts of Italy down through the years. My sister liked Lake Garda and southern Italy, she also got married in Rome, when Pope John Paul was alive, he gave them a blessing. I was on the verge of booking a holiday to Tuscany, but we got cold feet, we'll see how it goes with the finances. I really intend to vsit Italy, I think everyone should do so. The language is beautiful, Latin is poetry, but I must tell you that Irish is the most beautiful lyrical language in the world, lol.

Ciao Alex!! I was fortunate tpo have live in Naples for 3.5 years, and saw most of Europe while there. I liked Rome a lot. Not the GRA so much... It really surprised me how different the people are between the different cities/towns. By far though, my favorite city in Italia was Siena. The history, the people, the Palio... Great wine and food. Man, those were awesome times. Nothing in the States comes close... Count yourself as lucky to live in driving distance. I'll add you as a friend, if that's OK. Che Veddiamo!

You actually speak English very well. Or at least you can write it very well.
I have had Type 2 Diabetes since about 2004. My A1C runs at about 5.7.
I have to eat carefully, take metphormin, and exercise daily. But, other than that, I hardly even know that I have the disease.
Once in a while I over eat a lot of carbs ,and I spike like crazy.!! Ususally around holidays, like Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
I am a Leather Furniture rep for Natuzzi Leather Furniture.
I hope to be able to visit the Natuzzi Corporation in Genoa, Italy someday. I love the Italian culture, the food ,and the beautiful people of Italy.

Wow! I have never talked to anyone from Rome b4. ! But, I do speak a small amout of Italian.
My buddy went there on a Mission for the LDS Church, and came home and taught me some phrases.
I hope to visit Rome someday and take a lot of pictrures.
