Ashley,how have you been? Good I hope. You say you like dancing.? My most challenging and gruling work out is by a former Rockette.She combines cardio/core/'weights /bands in all her routines.She puts us through h---,if you know what I mean. It is a fantastic 11/2 hrs.,if you can stand the PAIN. It is amazing how a group of people can motivate each other.Just like here on TuD..Hope to see your reply soon.
