Thought I'd add a bit of content while wait for my BG to rise so I can go to bed.
I was just thinking about life before diabetes, and what I'd be doing right now 3 or 4 years ago. I'd probably be sitting at a poker table drinking Crown Royal straight, while calling my next beverage order into the bar from my cell phone just to get a rise out of the server. I'd be betting the pot with my pair of ducks in an attempt to bluff my callers, in hopes they would fold. Well, BG is 174 and I'm am… Continue

After missing so many days of work during the past nine months or so I worry about losing the job I have. Being a 49 year old I feel I have no other prospects. So, I need to keep the dead-end job that offers no
