Hey Sylvia! I just saw Campbell's add for this and thought it would be a great way for our daughter to start her own little "tomato patch". Thanks for letting us know about these great deals. Take care!

Why, I have found myself asking, must we be labelled, and label ourselves, "DIABETICS?

When we would no sooner label someone
battling
the dreaded disease of cancer,
a 'CANCEROUS"...
or someone faced with hypertension,
a "HYPERTENSIVE",

Oh and thanks for the friend add!!

Wow. I noticed now that you were JUST diagnosed in December!! Did you start on the pump right away? How are you doing emotionally with the diagnosis?

Hi Amy! I am also from TN and I'm glad you found us. There is a TN Diabetics group here on the site. We have already had one get together and I am hoping to have another when the weather warms back up. Also, there's an event I've posted that's taking place in Nashville that you might want to check out. It's a gathering for adult T1's. I will be there.
If there is anything I can do for you or if you have any questions at all, feel free to ask.
