im going to clearwater for the winter, leaving boston in jan! cant wait... naples is 3 hours away!
I have the dawn effect and hypo unaware too... it gets pretty scary. i just learned how to adjust my basal to try to overcome the dawn effect in the am. Have you tried that? (im sure you have, just thought id mention it cause you just never know!) When i wake up in the early am I always give myself and extra .15 bolus if i know im going to lay in bed for a while... its been working. my a1c is not good but I am trying really hard. yours is EXCELLENT... you should be really proud of yourself! (is the dexcom the gcm?) Im trying day by day to get my sugars better. Im usually in the hospital once a week in the ER with my gastroparesis but I have made it 2 weeks! I have had a really great 2 weeks and I pray it continues! I know it will!
