@Annette Campos - I got my cable for my Jazz meter by just calling WaveSense customer support and asking for one. Got it in the mail within a week.

The issue with most meters is the driver for the connector cable. So far the only one I've gotten to work is a third-party driver for the OneTouch meters. Someone mentioned a direct driver for the Abbott cable, but I have not gotten that particula...

Software is free on their website and I love it.

@Terence - No MAC version of the software as of now. Does it interact with your pump? Don't know. Your best bet is to follow @Wavesense on twitter and direct your question there. They are very responsive to any questions asked there.

Nevermind. The ZeroClick software is available for free on their website. You can download it here: http://www.wavesense.info/zero-click-download I called their customer support about a cable. They said they would send me one. Hopefully I get it...

twitter and diabetes

I've started using twitter as a way to record my blood sugars, food intake and eventually any activities (http://twitter.com/andycglucose if anyone is interested). Whenever I check my blood I tweet the number. Whatever I have for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I tweet what I've eaten. Because I have my cell phone on me practically all the time, sending in the data is easy and fast. The date and time is recorded by twitter at the time it's sent.
