She is a blessing in my life I thank God for having her back in my life.
The last time we saw each other was when I was 5 months old.

New Update September 3 2009

Hi everyone,
I finally got on this site it has been a while I guess I got the pass word wrong to get in the other times I tryed.
I hope everyone is doing good.
To update I am doing good lost 85 pounds since November of 2008 my A1C test is good it is 5.6 I feel a lot better. Lupus is not acting up so that is always good. I have not had to use the wheel since March so that makes me feel good I am able to walk a lot better. I am continuing to loose weight and do what I have to… Continue

Hi everyone I thought I would update now being almost 3 months since I was diagnosed with Diabetes. I went to my doctors and my A1C test has went from 6.8 in November 2008 and now it is 5.7 so I am very happy about this. Also I lost a total of 35 pounds since November 20, 2008. So that makes all the hard work worth it. I have a lot more to loose but I am down almost 2 sizes and that is somthing positive. I write I do not have anything published, unless you count some writings on Lupus and Fibromyalgia news letters, and on different web links that people have asked me if they can add to their websites, and some recovery writings on Alcoholism and Drug addiction, and sexual abuse and mental abuse.
I did write my story in book form. 21 chapters it is called:

Doctors Visit on Jan 5, 2009

Hi everyone I for got to share about the visit I had with my GP doctor on Jan, 5,2009
My sugars are under control every morning before eating or taking any medicines my blood sugar
has been in the 80s and 90s for over 5 weeks or so. I check my blood sugar every morning that is what my doctor says to do.
I on my own check it when I add new foods to see how my blood sugar responds so on an average I check my blood sugar twice a day usually.
My blood sugar usually is in… Continue
