I was originally to support my husband who was a type one diabetic, and due to a car accident on 5/28/11, he came home January 18 2012 and i was caring for him along with a 24 hour home health care nurse.i was the one taking care of his diabetes and was learning all i could. He passed away on December 9th 2012. Partly from his diabetes. I was recently told i had type 2 diabetes but controlling it well with diet.
