There was an interesting programme on the nature of things. They made an argument that blue light at an inappropriate hour destroys our melathonin needed for a good night sleep.

I'm not sure if you have changed your mind over the years but I wanted to tell you that I appreciated the courage it took to speak out and state that all is not well here in Bantingland. I am currently in the position of waiting for my pancreas to burn out. I watched my younger brother go through this only to die in November at age 57. I get so upset by the posts stating that this treatment is not usual and if only we had been more proactive... You are the only Canadian who has validated our experience. Thank you so much! Joanne
