greetings from a soul brother in Canada, who is a 91 year, insulin-dependent, since 1977 and ROLE MODEL to 40.000 diabetics and still trailblazing at my age. I hang around people who are smarter because its the way to learn. Why dont you find out musicians that was diabetics and famous, use them as examples to live a healthy lifestyle. My advice learned throughout my life is Learn as much as you can about your diabetes and you will live a long healthy lifestyle. Have a good diabetic team, diabetic doctor, dietian, podatrist, social worker, pharmacist. In your area, use my AMIGOKIT program to form a diabetes social group, it means you call 5 DIABETICS, EVERYDAY, it will serve 2 purposes, let someone know you CARE, also could SAVE A LIFE. clarence.haynes@sympatico.ca
