Guess what , never have been to the Stampede and several times to C.:) We live about half way between Calgary and Vancouver on the Trans Canada Highway in Salmon Arm ; I did a 10 k run in Calgary , 2010 with Team Diabetes .Who knows , we may meet here one day ?? Lots of Albertans here in summer !
We flew into Kahului Jan 2011 and stayed at Kanapali ...yes much quieter the W. We have been to the Big Island as well .As you are aware HI a hot spot for Canadians ! I participated in the Honolulu marathon , Dec. 2004 with Team Diabetes ; going back to Waikiki this time brought back many memories. I also checked out the website after we got home ...it may work for some ??!! Beautiful photos on your page !

Hi Azurah ...Welcome !!Hubby and I were in Waikiki 3 weeks or so ago ...on my page I posted a picture of a truck with a website : DestroyDiabetesNow.com ...I was visibly moved, when I saw that ...had to take a picture !! I also partipated in the Great Aloha Run in Honolulu , on short notice .Glad I did .Where is your town ?? Be well !!!
