THE DAY MY LIFE CHANGED..
SEPTEMBER 2007
MY LIFE CHANGED I FOUND OUT THAT I WAS A DIABETIC.
I HAD TO CHANGE MY WAYS OF EATING & MY OUT LOOK ON LIFE NOW.
I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 68 LBS & STILL LOOSING....
I HAVE GREAT SUPPORT FROM MY FAMILY.....
MY GRANDKIDS EVEN HELP ME WATCH WHAT I EAT & DRINK..THEY NOW KNOW HOW TO READ THE BOX FOR HOW MUCH SUGAR IS IN EVERY THING... .& THEY TELL ME IF IT HAS TOO MUCH IN IT..... THEY ARE GREAT LITTLE HELPERS....
I EAT LOTS OF FISH & CHICKEN & VEGGES NOW.
WHEN SOMEONE HAS DIABETES THEY REALLY NEED A GOOD SUPPORT TEAM ( FAMILY & FRIENDS ) TO HELP THEM.
I AM SO THANKFUL FOR MINE....
I LOVE ALL OF YOU.. & TO JERRY I COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU.. I LOVE YOU..
