By the by....luv your video. I don't hide my diabetes, which in itself is a feat as I come from a family who just didn't talk about it or any other illness. I don't know why, perhaps because it was perceived as a sign of weakness. They were/are very strong and proud people. Talking about it not only goes a long way to self care....but to support others out there.
