"Wow, I hadn't thought about an ab improving bg because of an infection making it high. But, that aside, I don't think the drug itself does anything to my levels. I usually end up taking a course of cipro each year and zithromax each winter."

"I've heard a little about this. It can slow down digestion w/ digestive upset, causing lows or delayed highs. I took it for an infected tooth, and it really improved my blood sugars after taking it for 10 days. Kept me from getting my…"
